
Raspberry mousse with semolina
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. To make the mousse, mash the raspberries, add water, and squeeze out the juice. Pour the remaining water into the pulp, add sugar, and boil for about 10 minutes after boiling. Then strain the broth and cook semolina porridge on it. After that, beat the cooled porridge together with the juice, place the resulting mousse into molds, and refrigerate for a couple of hours. Before serving, decorate with berries. The ready dessert can be served.
