Strawberry mousse
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. During strawberry season, be sure to make this simple dessert. Choose well-ripened strawberries—the brighter the berries, the richer the color and flavor. Use only well-checked eggs, preferably laid no more than three days prior. Always wash the eggs with a brush under warm water and dry them thoroughly, as they will not undergo heat treatment. Serve the finished dessert immediately.
