Fruit mousse
Description
The recipe won't take much time. The fruit mousse turns out very beautiful. To prepare it, blend half of the strawberries in a blender, then add agar-agar, apples softened in the microwave, vanilla sugar, and powdered sugar. Mix well and heat over low heat for 5 minutes. Then pour the mixture into whipped egg whites and beat for 10 minutes. For the sauce, blend the other half of the strawberries in a blender with sugar. Place a portion of mousse into each dessert mold, drizzle with strawberry sauce, then top with the remaining mousse. Chill in the refrigerator for half an hour before serving. Serve chilled.
