Blueberry mousse
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Prepare the blueberry mousse as follows: chop the apples, simmer in a quarter cup of water until soft, then pass through a sieve. Mash the blueberries, add one-third cup of water, and squeeze the juice through cheesecloth. Simmer the remaining berry pulp in one cup of water for 5 minutes, then strain. Add the juice, apples, sugar, and semolina to the strained liquid, and cook for 10 minutes. Then cool, beat with a mixer, sprinkle the mousse with a few berries and some coconut flakes, and serve chilled.
