Yogurt mousse
Description
You can prepare yogurt mousse with any berries or fruits. You can even use frozen berries and make this dessert all year round. It has an incredibly delicate texture and an amazing taste.
Instructions

Step 1

1. Start the recipe for yogurt mousse with a berry or fruit filling. In this version, I suggest using cherries. The berries must be pitted. Sprinkle the cherries with sugar (if you prefer sweeter desserts, you can use double the amount of sugar) and add a little water.

Step 2

2. Place the cherries over low heat and cook until the sugar is completely dissolved. The berries should release enough juice.
- 3
Step 3

3. Pour the cherries and half of the resulting juice into a separate container. Add the gelatin to the remaining juice.
- 4
Step 4

4. Over low heat, constantly stirring, dissolve the gelatin. Do not bring to a boil. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- 5
Step 5

5. Mash the berries with their juice or blend them with a blender. Soft berries (raspberries or strawberries) can simply be mashed with a fork.
- 6
Step 6

6. Then the berries need to be pressed through a sieve to remove large pieces, seeds, or skin, and to achieve a smooth consistency.
- 7
Step 7

7. Add the juice with gelatin and beat thoroughly once again.
- 8
Step 8

8. It's time to add the yogurt. It's better to use natural yogurt without additives.
- 9
Step 9

9. Beat the mixture very well until a large number of bubbles appear.
- 10
Step 10

10. Pour the resulting mixture into containers (glasses or dessert cups) and refrigerate. After 4-5 hours, the homemade yogurt mousse will be ready.
