Cauliflower Moussaka

Description

A tasty appetizer for any gathering. Greeks prepare moussaka completely differently, so Turkish-style cauliflower moussaka isn’t very similar to classic Greek moussaka. Still, it turns out no less delicious—a dish in the “family dinner” category; you need to make a large batch of portions at once so you can feed at least 5–6 people. On a festive table, I think such a dish wouldn’t look too successful, but for a family dinner, it’s just the thing.
