
Bulgarian moussaka
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Thanks to the combination of potatoes and eggplants along with the juicy filling, you'll get a wonderful dish! It goes very well with table wine, red or white. Choose your spices to taste. Serve hot.

1. Slice the potatoes and eggplants into rounds and grill, fry in a dry pan, or bake in the oven.

2. Next, we'll make the sauce. In a saucepan, sauté the ground meat and spices, then add wine, water, tomatoes, onion, and celery. Bring to a boil and cook until the meat is done.

3. Now layer the potatoes and filling alternately: a layer of potatoes, a layer of filling, a layer of eggplants, and again a layer of filling (and so on).

4. Continue pouring with the sauce. To make the sauce: sauté flour in butter until golden, then add milk and spices. Simmer until thickened, then pour the sauce over the moussaka.
