Description

You can use the cheapest cookies for the cake, making it very economical. To make it convenient to store in the refrigerator, I make a low cake. For the frosting, you can use just condensed milk (either boiled or regular), or make a frosting based on condensed milk with added butter, as in this case. Serve with tea or coffee.

   Grind the cookies using a blender or place them in a bag and crush with a rolling pin.

   Place both types of condensed milk and softened butter into a bowl. Beat the mixture with a mixer until a smooth mixture forms.

   Pour the prepared cream over the cookies and mix well, then shape the cake as desired.

   Grate the chocolate finely and use it to decorate the finished cake, then refrigerate for at least one hour.
