Description
The recipe won't take much time. 1. First, roll out the dough thinly (approximately 0.7 mm thick) and cut it into strips 1.5–2 cm wide. Remove the casing from the sausages. Wrap each sausage with the dough in a spiral, creating a "bandaged head" effect on one end of the sausage, resembling a mummy's head. 2. Grease a baking tray with olive oil and place your Egyptian friends on it. Brush each mummy with beaten egg yolk. Bake until done. Don't forget to make eyes by inserting two peppercorns or something similar into the sausage. Serve hot.
