You can use many different types of flour and seeds, as long as you keep the right balance of dry and liquid ingredients. And every day you'll have a new, unique bread you can't buy in any store.     Prepare the ingredients according to the recipe list.

    Pour warm water into a bowl for kneading the dough, add the yeast, sprinkle in the sugar, and mix. Let stand for 10 minutes to activate the yeast.

    Add flax seeds, sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds, and oat flakes.

    Add salt, pour in vegetable oil.

    Knead the dough by hand or with a mixer. Knead for at least 3–5 minutes. Cover with plastic wrap or a towel and place in a warm spot to rise for 1–1 hour 20 minutes. During this time, punch down the dough once.

    Preheat the oven to top-and-bottom heat at 250°C. Before baking, score the bread. Bake for 10 minutes at 250°C. Then reduce the temperature to 180°C and bake until done for another 30 minutes.
