Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare the ingredients listed. Buy multigrain flakes; some varieties are sold with sunflower, sesame, or pumpkin seeds.
- 2
Step 2

Pour the multigrain flakes into the blender or food processor bowl and pulse them for 3–4 minutes on pulse mode. You don’t have to grind them to flour—you can leave them crumbly or coarser.
- 3
Step 3

Into a deep bowl, crack a chicken egg, add salt, granulated sugar, and vanilla sugar, and pour in odorless vegetable oil. Whisk everything thoroughly.
- 4
Step 4

Pour the crushed flakes into a deep bowl and add the egg mixture to the same bowl. Mix thoroughly and leave for half an hour — this step is mandatory! The flakes must swell.
- 5
Step 5

Then stir the wheat flour and baking powder into the mixture.
- 6
Step 6

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and wet your hands with water. Roll small balls from the mixture and place them at equal distances from each other, as the cookies will expand during baking. 😊
- 7
Step 7

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake the cookies for about 25–30 minutes until golden brown.
- 8
Step 8

Then cool and serve with milk, tea, or coffee to taste!
