Muli
Description
The pastry is prepared simply and quickly. When choosing cottage cheese for the filling, pay attention to its moisture. It is important that the cottage cheese does not have excess liquid, otherwise the filling will leak out of the pancakes. It should also be noted that the thickness of the pancakes affects the wrapping process, so leavening agents should not be added to the batter. Follow the recipe and the result will surely please you. It can be served with tea or coffee.
