Description

The recipe won't take much time. You can replace the sugar with stevia syrup or another sweetener if desired, making the dessert diet-friendly—perfect for enjoying even before bedtime without worrying about your waistline. Don't forget to brew some fragrant tea or coffee and serve the drink together with the dessert. Serve chilled.

    Prepare the listed ingredients. You can use cottage cheese and sour cream of any fat content.

    Place the cottage cheese, sour cream, and sugar into a deep container suitable for an immersion blender or into a container for a food processor.

    Bring the water to a boil and pour it into a bowl or glass. Add the gelatin and stir. Let it swell for about 3-5 minutes, then stir again until the gelatin is completely dissolved. You can add a little vanilla sugar or another flavoring to the liquid.

    Pour the liquid with gelatin into the container with the cottage cheese and blend everything using an immersion blender. Work as quickly as possible, since the mixture may start to set, especially if the cottage cheese and sour cream were chilled.

    Transfer half of the puréed mixture to another container, and add cocoa powder to the remaining portion, then purée again. The color of the resulting curd mixture will depend on the color of the cocoa powder.

    Pour 2-3 tbsp of the white mixture into a mold lined with plastic wrap or a plastic bag on the bottom and sides. Place 2-3 tbsp of the chocolate mixture into the center of the white layer, and so on. Alternate layers until all the mixture is used up. Then place the container in the refrigerator for 1.5–2 hours.

    Once the dessert has set, remove it from the mold onto a plate or cutting board and peel off the film. Cut into portions, moistening the knife with hot water. Serve with hot beverages.
