1. The recipe for marbled jelly should begin with preparing the main component – the jelly. You can use ready-made jelly from store-bought packets or make it yourself using juice or compote. The most important thing is that the finished jelly has a bright and rich color.

2. Remove the prepared and set jelly from the mold and cut it into pieces of arbitrary shape. You can even use cookie cutters to make star or flower shapes out of the jelly.

3. Separately, soak the gelatin for at least 1 hour.

4. Next, gently heat the gelatin in a steam bath or microwave.

5. In a deep bowl, mix the yogurt with gelatin. Stir thoroughly until a smooth mixture is obtained. Then place the cut pieces of prepared jelly in a random pattern. Chill for at least 2–3 hours. Once the yogurt has set well, the marbled jelly is ready.

6. To neatly remove the jelly from the mold, dip the mold into a container of hot water for a few seconds; this will quickly release it from the sides. Cut the ready jelly into portion pieces and serve.
