Marbled beef on the grill
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Marble beef is an expensive and tender meat that cooks very quickly. This type of meat is usually used for steaks. We will also make steaks, but instead of grilling them, we'll cook them on a barbecue using charcoal. The coals should provide steady heat so that the meat sears quickly, sealing in all the juices. Never pierce the meat—otherwise, all the juices will escape and the meat will become tough. Flip the meat only once. Here is the recipe for preparing marble beef on a barbecue—let's cook and enjoy the result. Serve the finished dish at the table.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Cut the beef across the grain into steaks 2.5-3 cm thick.
- 2
Step 2

Pour with a mixture of soy sauce, vinegar, and olive oil. Sprinkle with pepper.
- 3
Step 3

And carefully distribute the marinade so that all the steaks are well coated with it.
- 4
Step 4

Place on the grill grate of the barbecue, positioned approximately 10 cm above the coals. Cook for 5-6 minutes without flipping and without piercing the meat with a fork or knife.
- 5
Step 5

Flip with tongs and cook on the other side for another 3 minutes. Brush with the remaining marinade.
- 6
Step 6

Place on a preheated plate and let the meat rest for a couple of minutes.
- 7
Step 7

And then serve it at the table with fresh vegetables and herbs.
