
Mosaic cheesecake
Description
Recipe for a cheesecake with chocolate glaze and filling made of buttercream and pieces of chocolate dough. This exceptionally beautiful cheesecake will be a perfect ending to a festive evening. Serve cooled or slightly warm.

Step 1

1. Prepare chocolate squares. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with foil and grease it with butter. Melt chocolate and butter in a microwave-safe bowl in the microwave for 2 minutes. Stir well. Mix in sugar. Add eggs and vanilla, and mix. Add flour and salt, and stir thoroughly.

2. Pour the batter onto a baking sheet and bake for 30 to 35 minutes.

3. Let cool on the baking sheet, then cut into small cubes from 2 to 2.5 cm. You should end up with about 2 cups of cubes.

4. Mix the ingredients for the crust and press into a greased pan, flattening firmly. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees.

5. Prepare the filling. Beat the cream cheese with a mixer, add eggs one at a time, vanilla extract, and sugar. Mix at low speed until smooth.

6. Add chocolate chips and gently mix. Pour the filling over the chilled dough in the pan. Place the pan into a larger baking dish. Bake for about 45 minutes. Let cool.

7. Prepare the glaze. Chop the chocolate in a food processor. Heat the butter and cream in a saucepan. Pour the hot mixture over the chocolate and stir. Add vanilla extract and sugar, mix well. Pour the glaze over the warm cheesecake.
