Moscow dumplings
Description
The dish is easy to prepare without unnecessary complications. To make Moscow pelmeni, you'll need two types of minced meat—pork and beef. The filling turns out juicy and extremely delicious! Pelmeni are convenient because you can prepare them in advance, freeze them, and then simply boil and serve whenever needed. Despite the wide variety of store-bought pelmeni, none can compete in taste with homemade ones. The ready dish can now be served.
Instructions

Step 1

Prepare all the ingredients.

To prepare the dough, break the egg into a deep bowl, add 0.5 tsp of salt, a tablespoon of oil, and water. Beat everything with a fork or whisk.

For the filling, combine both types of minced meat, add finely diced onion, salt to taste, and black ground pepper. For juiciness, you can add 30-50 ml of water.

Step 7

Mix well.

Step 8

Cut off a piece of dough, roll it into a rope, and cut it into small pieces. Roll each piece in flour on both sides, pressing with your hands.
