Cranberry morse
Description
The drink is quick and easy to prepare. Morse is a wonderful beverage. At first glance, it may seem similar to compote, but it's not. Morse is much healthier because it contains fresh juice and fruit pulp that undergo minimal heat treatment, thus preserving more vitamins and minerals. Preparing mors is very simple and fast. As for cornel berries, if you come across a recipe suggesting mashing the berries without heat treatment, don't believe it. Ripe cornel berries are so hard that even a blender will struggle to crush them. Be sure to pour boiling water over the cornel berries. The drink is ready to serve.
