The drink is quick and easy to prepare. In summer heat, nothing refreshes and quenches thirst as well as the traditional Russian beverage—blackcurrant morse. For centuries, our ancestors made blackcurrant morse, and the original recipe was passed down from generation to generation. Today, with a blender available, making delicious blackcurrant morse has become much easier, so I see no reason not to treat yourself to this wonderful drink. And since you can also make morse from frozen blackcurrants, you can enjoy blackcurrant morse all year round.

    Carefully remove the zest from the lemon. Squeeze juice from the lemon.
