Description
An original and unusual dessert. Cut the ice cream into pieces and coat in prepared breadcrumbs – coconut flakes, egg, and cornflakes. Then quickly fry in deep oil for 30-35 seconds and place in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. Then serve.

Cut the ice cream into equal pieces.

Roll each of them in coconut flakes, then in beaten egg foam.

Next, coat the ice cream in crushed cornflakes and then again in egg.

Preheat the frying oil in advance. Fry each piece of ice cream for 30-35 seconds, then place in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. Then serve.
