Strawberry ice cream
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Italians certainly know their desserts. Semifreddo ice cream is yet another proof! You can prepare this ice cream with berries, fruits, nuts, meringue, and dried fruits—everything depends on your preferences. The amount of sugar can also be adjusted to your taste (if desired, sugar can be replaced with honey or maple syrup). Be sure to add whipped egg whites to the ice cream; they're what make it light and airy. Serve chilled.
