Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Very aromatic ice cream that you can easily make yourself without much effort or expense! If desired, you can replace the cream with soda, and you'll get a mojito-flavored ice. The ready dessert can be served at the table.

Prepare the listed ingredients. Use heavy cream with at least 33% fat content.

Rinse the mint leaves and tear them by hand into the blender bowl. Cut the lime and dice it into small cubes. Add the diced lime together with sugar to the blender bowl and pour in the lemon juice.

Process everything for 3-4 minutes into an aromatic sweet-and-sour mixture.

Whip the cream in the bowl of a food processor or with a mixer for about 3–5 minutes. Be careful not to over-whip it into butter.

Place the whipped cream into a deep container and add the lime mixture to it. Mix thoroughly.

Place the creamy mixture into ice cream molds.

Insert wooden sticks into the molds and place the mold in the freezer for about 3-5 hours, or even better — leave it overnight!

Place the frozen ice cream from the mold onto a plate, saucer, or small board. Serve chilled.
