Ice cream made from cream and condensed milk
Description
Vanilla ice cream with condensed milk is delicious on its own. Additionally, it can serve as a base recipe for various mix-ins. Add melted chocolate or high-quality cocoa powder while churning for chocolate ice cream. Add fruit puree for fruit-flavored ice cream, or ground nuts for nutty ice cream! Serve vanilla ice cream with various toppings.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare the ingredients.
- 2
Step 2

Whip the well-chilled cream together with condensed milk until soft peaks form and the mixture thickens. This won't take long—just one or two minutes, no more, otherwise you might churn butter.
- 3
Step 3

Pour the creamy mixture into any convenient container suitable for the freezer. I prefer to freeze it in a metal container—I find that the ice cream freezes faster this way.
- 4
Step 4

Place in the freezer for at least 3-4 hours, until frozen.
- 5
Step 5

Scoop the frozen ice cream into portions using a special spoon and serve with fruits, toppings, and chocolate.

Step 6

Can be served.
