
Ice cream from condensed milk
Description
Beat the berries with cream, then add condensed milk—and you'll have a delicious treat to delight your loved ones and guests. Freeze for about 2 hours, then serve in portions while frozen.

1. Making ice cream starts with the basics: blend berries and cream in a blender. I usually use raspberries, strawberries, or blackberries.

2. Gradually add condensed milk to the mixture. Continue beating until a smooth consistency is achieved.

3. Place the ice cream in the freezer for a couple of hours until completely frozen. If you don't have portion molds, you can use a large mold and then scoop the ice cream into ramekins later.

4. Decorate with fruits and mint leaves. After just a few hours, homemade condensed milk ice cream will be on your table.

5. You can make two versions at once: one with cream and condensed milk, and the other with the addition of berries or fruits.
