Mango ice cream

Description

The recipe won't take much time. Choose well-ripened mangoes for the ice cream, without any signs of spoilage. The puree may contain small fibers, but you can easily remove them by straining through a sieve. Although they don't really interfere. If desired, you can add small pieces of mango to the mixture or drizzle melted white chocolate on top. Serve chilled.

    Prepare all the necessary ingredients for making mango ice cream. Wash the mango thoroughly and dry it.

    Cut the mango in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh with a spoon. Blend the flesh with a blender until smooth. We need to get 350 ml of purée.

    Add condensed milk and salt to the mango puree, then pour in the lemon juice.

    Whip the cold cream with sugar until fluffy, then add it to the mango mixture. Gently mix everything until smooth.

    Spread the airy mixture into ice cream molds or simply place it in a bowl, then put it in the freezer for 6 hours.
