I always make fruit ice cream using a similar recipe: it's not ice cream in the classic sense, but rather more like a kiwi sorbet. It's still very tasty, yet less caloric. And if served nicely, with jam or melted chocolate, this dessert turns into a delightful treat for those with a sweet tooth. To make kiwi ice cream, you'll need just a few ingredients: besides kiwi, you'll need an egg, sugar, and water. Only the egg white will be used.
