Melon ice cream

Description

The recipe won't take much time. Melon ice cream is very easy to prepare. Blend the melon flesh with sugar, mix in whipped cream, and freeze for 5–6 hours. After one hour, and then again after another hour, beat the mixture with a whisk. Before serving, sprinkle the finished ice cream with chocolate shavings. Serve chilled.
