
Banana ice cream
Description
The ice cream turns out soft, delicate, with a banana-milk flavor. You can optionally add a few drops of lemon juice. But I think sweet-tooths will enjoy it just as it is. As for the amount of sugar, it's up to you; if the bananas are very ripe, you can omit the sugar altogether.

1. Prepare the ingredients for the ice cream. The higher the fat content of the cream, the softer and tastier the ice cream will be.

2. Peel the bananas and cut them into pieces.

3. Place the banana, sugar, and a little cream into the blender, and start pureeing the mixture.

4. Add the cream while whipping.

5. Pour the mixture into a mold. Place in the freezer, stirring every half hour. The ice cream will be fully ready after 3-4 hours.

6. When the ice cream is completely frozen, take a special spoon and shape it into balls. Place them in a dessert glass or on a small plate. Serve with fruit sauces or berries. Enjoy!
