Prepare the necessary ingredients. Brew strong coffee, let it cool.

Pour coffee and half the volume of cream into ice cube molds, place in the freezer for an hour.

Melt chocolate and 1 tbsp of cream in a double boiler. Mix coffee ice, whiskey, and sugar to taste (about 1 tbsp) into coarse crumbs using a blender in pulse mode.

Add the creamy ice, mix.

Pour in the melted chocolate, mix.

Whip the remaining cream until fluffy. Pour the dessert into glasses and top with whipped cream.
