Ice cream
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. I recently came across this recipe and thought it would make excellent ice cream. For making "Eskimo" ice cream, there's no need to use eggs—it's made with cottage cheese, making it rich enough. Also, we use high-fat cream (33%). Chocolate sticks can be replaced with wooden popsicle sticks, if you have them—they'll make it just like real "Eskimo" bars. Check out the recipe. The ready dessert can be served immediately.
