Ice cream without milk and sugar
Description
The recipe won't take much time. You can make bright ice cream even healthier by not adding sugar. This treat will be suitable for those who have allergies to dairy products or lactose intolerance. You can mix banana puree with any berries and fruits that are not sour. Serve chilled.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare the listed ingredients. Buy ripe bananas and any berries: raspberries, strawberries, mulberries, etc. It's better not to use currants, as they are sour in taste.
- 2
Step 2

Peel the banana and slice the flesh into rounds, then place it into the container of a blender or food processor. Pour in still cold water and lemon juice.
- 3
Step 3

Purée the banana slices for about 2–3 minutes and pour half of it into the prepared ice cream molds. You can fill some molds completely, while filling others only halfway, leaving room for mulberry purée.
- 4
Step 4

Add the mulberries to the banana puree remaining in the blender. Process everything for 2-3 minutes.
- 5
Step 5

Place the puree into ice cream molds, filling them to the top.
- 6
Step 6

Insert wooden or plastic sticks and place the molds in the freezer for at least 2–3 hours. The ice cream will take a long time to freeze since it is sugar-free.
- 7
Step 7

After the specified time, the ice cream will have completely frozen.
- 8
Step 8

Hold the ice cream in the mold under a stream of hot water for just 1 minute, then remove it from the mold. Place on a plate or serving dish and serve cold.
