
Carrot cake in a multicooker

Prepare the ingredients, measure everything. Wash the orange and carrot thoroughly.

Grate the peeled carrots on a coarse grater; the weight of the carrots should be approximately 350-370 g after peeling.

Add to the carrots the egg yolks with sugar, chopped nuts, raisins, flour, starch, baking powder, zest of one orange, freshly squeezed orange juice, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, and refined oil.

Thoroughly mix the mixture with a spoon until it becomes as homogeneous as possible.

Beat the egg whites with a mixer until stiff peaks form. Add to the batter.

Grease the multicooker bowl with refined oil. Pour in the batter, smooth it out, and set the multicooker to "Baking" mode for 50 minutes.

Whip the sour cream with the cream stabilizer and sugar. Cut the cake into two layers. Generously spread one layer with the cream, place the second layer on top, and generously spread it with cream as well.
