
Carrot marshmallow with gelatin
Description
The recipe won't take much time. If you don't have gelatin, you can use agar-agar instead. Instead of silicone molds, you can use any dish, but it should be lined with plastic wrap first. Serve chilled.

Peel and slice the carrots into rounds, place them in a saucepan, and pour in water. Boil for 20-25 minutes.
