Carrot pulp
Description
An experienced homemaker knows that throwing away any food products is a crime—everything can find its use, including carrot pulp. You'll be surprised, but it's used to make pies, cutlets, candies, soups, and other dishes. The pulp is just as vitamin-rich as the carrot itself, containing a high amount of beneficial nutrients and trace elements. Your family will never guess that these cutlets are based on pulp; serve them with sweet-and-sour jam or sour cream.
