It's even better if the vegetables are homegrown from your garden or cottage, as you can be confident in their quality. Fresh juices are very beneficial for the digestive system and the body overall. Carrot juice is recommended to be mixed with cream or vegetable oil. As for potato juice, carrot juice should be added only to improve its taste. Drink the juice in the morning, half an hour before eating. Preparing the juice is very simple; the most important thing is to make it right before consumption. Be sure to consult your doctor to see if you can drink this juice. 1. Peel the potato and carrot, then wash them. 2. Pass the vegetables through a juicer, collecting the juice in separate glasses. If you don't have a juicer, quickly grate the potato and carrot separately on a fine grater. 3. Place the grated pulp into a piece of gauze and squeeze out the juice. 4. Prepare the potato juice first and let it stand for about 2 minutes. Then allow the starch to settle at the bottom of the container, and pour the clear juice into a glass. We need only 100 ml of juice. 5. Squeeze the juice from the carrot and add 100 ml to the glass with the potato juice. 6. Mix well and drink. Then lie down for about 20 minutes. Stay healthy!
