
Carrot Rolls
Description
This recipe won't take much time. Carrot rolls come together in a flash and require only a handful of ingredients, yet the appetizer turns out very eye-catching and delicious, with a bright carrot flavor. If you can't get your kids to eat carrots, you might try sparking their interest in this vegetable with rolls like these :) Serve the appetizer at the table.

First, work with the almonds—that is, grind them using a blender.

Pour the almond meal into a container. In the blender bowl, process the carrot and garlic.

Mix the finely chopped carrot with almond crumbs, season with salt to taste, and roll the mixture into balls with wet hands, as shown in the photo. Each ball should be about the size of a walnut.

Following the meatball principle, wrap the carrot balls in lettuce leaves rinsed in cold water. One ball per lettuce leaf. That’s the whole trick :) A beautiful, healthy appetizer is ready to serve!
