
Carrot cutlets made from boiled carrots
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Carrot cutlets can be made from either cooked or raw vegetables. They are prepared with the addition of other vegetables, such as onions and potatoes, or celery and beets, as well as with cottage cheese. These cutlets go well as a side dish with potatoes, porridge, or salads. They are suitable for children too. Serve hot.

1. Peel and wash the carrots, cut into small pieces, place in a saucepan, cover with water, bring to a boil, and cook over heat until fully cooked.

2. Mash the cooked carrots into a puree, add the egg, sour cream, peel and squeeze in the garlic, season with spices and salt to taste, and add finely chopped herbs.

3. Mix the carrot filling. Pour the breadcrumbs into a bowl, shape a patty with a spoon, and coat it in the breadcrumbs.

4. Fry the cutlets in a hot skillet with a small amount of sunflower oil.
