Carrot cookies with sesame
Description
Homemade treats for tea. The taste is very interesting: you can't really taste the carrot at all, but there's this caramel-like, slightly chewy sweetness with a tang of raisins. That's exactly what I loved, plus the cookies have such a lovely aroma... Super! My husband happily munched on them, so I thought you might appreciate this simple recipe for a change :) The baking is done. Serve and enjoy!
