Carrot jelly

Description

This jelly can be made not only from carrot pulp but also from juice, which will need to be freshly squeezed beforehand. The easiest way to do this is with a juicer. Since the jelly is very nutritious, it can safely be given to children as well.

    Prepare the ingredients.

    Pour 20 ml of water over the gelatin.

    Peel the carrots, slice them into rounds, place in a saucepan, and cover with water.

    Boil the carrots for 20 minutes, then drain the water, add sugar, and puree with an immersion blender.

    Add the swollen gelatin. Mix everything well. If the carrot mixture is no longer hot, heat it together with the gelatin. It should dissolve completely.
