Carrot-apple juice
Description
Making juice from carrots and apples is very easy if you have a juicer. My juice turned out to be completely natural, but sometimes sugar is recommended to be added. This only makes sense if the apples are sour and you're preparing juice for storage. When you decide to preserve this juice for winter, pour it into a saucepan, bring it to a boil, but do not cook. Then pour it into sterilized jars and seal them. But is there really any point in doing this when apples and carrots are available all year round? You can always make fresh juice. The drink is ready to serve.
