Carrot-beet juice
Description
This recipe won't take much time. If you've decided to take care of your health, don't rush to reach for medications. Start with delicious and healthy natural juices. They will help you cleanse your body and restore your weakened health. A simple recipe for carrot-beet juice will come in handy. Beet juice is not recommended to be consumed on its own, so let's prepare it with the addition of carrots. Here's the recipe for carrot-beet juice: 1. Wash the beets and carrots, then peel them. 2. If you have a juicer, simply turn it on and extract the juice from the peeled vegetables. If you don't have such equipment yet, don't worry. Grate the carrots finely and squeeze the juice through a sieve or cheesecloth. 3. Do exactly the same with the beets. 4. It's best to collect the juices in separate containers so you can see how much juice you've extracted. Mix the juices in a ratio of 1 part beet juice to 2–3 parts carrot juice. Let the juice sit in the refrigerator for at least half an hour before drinking. Never add sugar or salt. Drink it in its natural form and stay healthy. Ready to serve.
