Seafood in tomato sauce
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Once again, Italian cuisine takes center stage—simple, yet sophisticated. I suggest preparing a fragrant and very hearty dish. I've described it step by step. Serve hot.
Instructions

Step 1

Clean all mussels, scrubbing them well to remove dirt. Cook the mussels in wine for 2 minutes, removing any shells that do not open. Then simmer the smaller mussels in the wine. Remove most of the mussels from their shells, reserving a few with shells for garnish.
- 2
Step 2

Wash and peel the zucchini. Make them into spirals or slice thinly.
- 3
Step 3

Cut the tomatoes into small pieces and peel the shrimp.
- 4
Step 4

Heat the oil in a deep skillet. Sauté the minced garlic in it for 3 minutes, stirring.
- 5
Step 5

Add the pepper and half of the tomatoes to the pan. Simmer, crushing with a wooden spatula. Cook for 4 minutes. Then pour in the wine from the mussels. Boil the mixture for 3 minutes.
- 6
Step 6

Then add the shrimp. Simmer for another 2 minutes.
- 7
Step 7

Then add the remaining tomatoes and the cleaned mussels.
- 8
Step 8

Next, add the zucchini and mix. Finally, add the mussels in their shells. Simmer the dish until the zucchini is cooked.
- 9
Step 9

Season the seafood to taste.
