Seafood in creamy sauce
Description
One of the easiest, quickest, and tastiest seafood recipes I've ever prepared is with a creamy sauce. This dish can be served as a hot appetizer, and it also pairs perfectly with pasta or boiled rice.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare the ingredients. Rinse the seafood, peel the shrimp tails, remove the veins, and clean out any remaining algae inside the mussels.
- 2
Step 2

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, add finely chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté for a couple of minutes until soft.
- 3
Step 3

Place the seafood in a skillet, sauté together with the onion and garlic for about a minute.
- 4
Step 4

Pour in the cream, bring to a boil, and simmer for another minute and a half. As soon as the cream begins to thicken, season with salt and pepper to taste.
- 5
Step 5

Add the finely chopped dill, mix the contents of the pan, and turn off the stove.
- 6
Step 6

You can serve the seafood in the same pan they were cooked in. It's simply amazing with fresh bread.
