Seafood on the Grill
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Marinade for seafood is a matter of taste. You can simply pepper them, spritz with lemon juice, and send them straight to the grill. If your shrimp aren't very large, it's best to thread them on skewers together with mussels—this makes them easier to grill. Serve with herbs and sauce.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare the ingredients.
- 2
Step 2

Only the squid requires special preparation. Dip it in boiling water for a couple of minutes, then clean and cut into large pieces.
- 3
Step 3

Mussels and shrimp are easy enough to wash and pat dry.
- 4
Step 4

To make the marinade, combine olive oil, soy sauce, and lemon juice.
- 5
Step 5

Pour the marinade over the seafood and mix gently.
- 6
Step 6

For frying seafood, you need heat that is not too intense, so the coals should be well burned down.
- 7
Step 7

Place the squid and shrimp on the grill rack. Thread the mussels onto skewers soaked in cold water beforehand.
- 8
Step 8

Fry for about 7–10 minutes until done (time depends on the heat level).

Step 9

Serve immediately or slightly chilled.
