Description
The recipe won't take much time. Instead of the classic version, I suggest brewing milk tea with ginger! This will make the drink not only tastier but also healthier. It's best to use milk with no more than 1.5% fat content or even fat-free. Instead of green tea, you can use loose-leaf black tea. Serve chilled.

Prepare all the ingredients.

Heat the milk in a saucepan until it is almost boiling.

Peel the ginger and chop it finely.

Add the grated ginger and green tea to the teapot.

Let the drink steep for 15-20 minutes. To keep it from cooling, you can wrap the teapot in a towel.
