Stewed fish roe
Description
The recipe won't take much time. To prepare stewed chicken gizzards, first sear them in vegetable oil until a delicious crust forms. In the same skillet, but without the gizzards, sauté onion, carrot, and pepper. Add salt, spices, and water, then simmer the mixture over low heat. Add the spicy ingredients: chili pepper with garlic, then return the gizzards to the skillet. Simmer for 7 minutes. Happy cooking! Serve hot.
