Rustic young potatoes
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. It's easy-to-cook young potatoes that don't even need to be washed. What could be simpler for preparing dinner? Make sure the potatoes don't burn at the beginning—stir them constantly. Also, remember to cover the potatoes with a lid so they simmer properly. Add soy sauce to the oil; it will give the potatoes a special flavor and color. Finely chop the herbs, as this will release their juice and make the dish even more aromatic. The dish is ready to be served.
