
Young pork baked in foil
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Pork cooked according to this recipe turns out tender, juicy, and very tasty. Mashed potatoes will be an excellent side dish for this meal. The finished dish can be served at the table.

1. First of all, thoroughly rinse the piece of young pork under running water. Then prick the meat on all sides with a knife.

2. Place the meat into a bowl or any other suitable container, and pour previously prepared potato-onion broth over it. Cover the container with a lid and let it sit for about thirty minutes.

3. In a small bowl, mix pepper and salt, then rub the entire piece of meat (including the cuts) with the resulting mixture. Let the meat sit for another thirty minutes.

4. Peel the garlic, rinse it in cold water, and then slice it into thin pieces.

5. Now prepare a baking form or tray. Line it with foil. Fill all the cuts in the meat with garlic pieces, then place the meat onto the foil. Carefully wrap the meat with the foil and put it into a preheated oven (approximately forty minutes at 200 degrees Celsius).

6. After that, remove from the oven, unfold the foil, and bake for another forty minutes (twenty minutes on each side), until a delicious crust forms. Serve with fresh herbs.
