
Milk pudding with ginger
Description
The recipe won't take much time. If you're really craving it, try the dessert right away. Traditionally, it is served cold. Ginger juice is very easy to make at home—simply grate the ginger root and squeeze out the pulp. Since the dessert is prepared in a steamer, it's considered healthy food. Serve chilled.

1. First, separate the yolks from the whites, set the yolks aside.

2. Peel the ginger root, then grate finely and transfer the pulp to a sieve; press out the juice with a spoon. From the resulting liquid, take only the top part of the juice, leaving the sediment at the bottom.

3. Place the chicken whites into a measuring cup.

4. Add granulated sugar to the egg whites.

5. Add a pinch of salt to the egg whites in the measuring cup.

6. Gently mix all the contents with a whisk.

7. Slowly pour the milk into the bowl in a thin stream.
