Milkshake with ice cream in a blender
Description
In the original recipe for this cocktail that I found, candies called "Maltesers" were used. But I couldn't find them in the store, so I replaced them with a simple and readily available alternative—chocolate-coated corn puffs from breakfast cereals. You can also experiment with other mix-ins, such as crushed chocolate cookies or chocolate "M&M's" candies. The drink is ready to serve.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1
Take the ice cream out of the freezer in advance so that it slightly softens and becomes soft.

Step 2
Place the ice cream in a blender, pour in the milk, add vanilla extract, and, if desired, a little chocolate syrup.
- 3
Step 3
Blend the cocktail for one minute and pour into glasses.
- 4
Step 4
Crush the chocolate-covered corn puffs with a knife or rolling pin, then gradually add them to each glass. For decoration, you can add a couple of whole puffs.
